Most sessions last 60 minutes though longer sessions of 90 minutes can be arranged if needed. You can discuss the preferred session length with the branch during the assessment.
Yes! We offer ongoing tutoring as most students benefit from regular sessions, and we’re happy to provide 8 sessions or 12 sessions a month, depending on the requirement.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a fee.
Yes, we offer a free assessment for new students. This provide with an opportunity to know the child and prepare the customized learning plans.
If your child needs additional help or practice outside of regular sessions, many of our tutors are available for extra support or assignments. You can discuss this with the tutor directly, or contact us to arrange additional resources or session time.
We understand that life can get busy. If you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time unless the tutor has availability to extend it. We ask that you make every effort to be on time to maximize your learning.
